This evening we welcome back Dalbeattie Star to Lockerbie for the Cree Lodge Cup Quarter final. Winners of this tie will play either Creetown or Gretna 2008 in the semi finals at home. An exciting encounter awaits following the last time these two teams meant.

Yesterday our child protection officer Christine Jackson and chairman Craig Allen attended Lockerbie Primary Wider Achievement Event. This was to showcase after school clubs and extra curricular activities that are available to children at Lockerbie Primary School. We would like to thank Miss Kirk and her class for organising the event and it was great to see the children that already play for Mids going away happy with there new pin badges 🟡⚫️⚽️ #thefutureofmids

Heston 0-2 Mids (Wyley x 1, Xander x 1 (HT 0-1)
The boys made the short trip to Dumfries in blazing sunshine today with a point to prove after a disappointing result when these teams met under the lights at King Eddies a few weeks ago.
We knew that it would be who wanted it more and that there would probably be little football played, and so it turned out.
The boys today were fantastic and physical with Ewan and Harris absolute rocks at the back. Conor when called upon was also superb in goal.
First half though I feel Mids were well on top and had 2

Dalbeattie Star's title defence is hanging by a thread after losing 3-2 to Upper Annandale in Lockerbie this afternoon.
The reigning champions missed the chance to return to the top of the table and now rely on other results going their way to have a chance at retaining their crown.
Star took an early lead through striker Ross Hunter but goals from Billy Gray and Charlie Parker had the Moffat men up at half-time. An OG levelled the game before Kris Amponsah bagged the winner for Bryan Gilfillan's side.
