Lochar lifted the Tweedie Cup last night after a deserving 1-0 victory over recent South League Champions Dalbeattie Star to make it two cup final wins over Star this season.

Lochar showed respect for Star by giving them a guard of honour before the usual cup final line up took place.

Lochar were at full strength and made 10 changes to Wednesday nights win at Sanquhar.
